How To Order

 Ordering from Box of Gifts is simple.
 Use our shopping basket & pay securely via Pay Pal. We accept all major credit/debit cards, please contact us if you wish to make payments by cheque/postal order. Alternatively you may call us on +44 (01258) 550065
 We currently do not charge VAT
Our postage charges are as follows:

 If you have any special requests for items that you cannot find on our site, simply e-mail us and we will do our best to assist you.

Delivery

 We aim to despatch your order within 3-5 working days. We will contact you soon after receiving your order to confirm stock availability with you and to notify you of the expected delivery date, so please provide a daytime contact number or an email address you will check regularly. At busy times please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
 All deliveries made will require a signature, so please ensure that someone will be home or if you wish you could provide us with an alternative secure delivery address.
 If you have any questions regarding delivery, then please contact us prior to ordering. We are available between the hours of 9am and 5.30pm on 01258 550065.

Returns

 In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 14 days and receive a refund. Please ensure that goods returned are in the same condition as you received them, they must be in original packaging.
 Customers are responsible for proof of posting and paying postage charges to return the goods.
 In the event that the goods you receive should be faulty we will issue a full refund (incl. of postage costs) or will offer a replacement product dependent upon customer preference. Customers are reminded to check the delivery of all goods they receive before signing the delivery note to the courier. If goods are damaged on delivery please ensure that you write on the form that this is such, otherwise we cannot investigate and compensation cannot be claimed, therefore you the customer may forfeit your rights to a full refund.
 Please contact us via email or phone before returning any goods whether unsuitable for you, faulty or damaged. We will not be held responsible for the damage of an item through neglect, misuse or carelessness by the customer. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.  We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
 We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

 We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
 The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
 We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
